We sell several fitness bands. WHOOP is the right choice for some people and the wrong one for others. Here’s how to tell.
Choose WHOOP if you…
- train regularly and want to know when to push and when to back off
- care most about sleep and recovery, not step counts
- want something light you forget you’re wearing, even in bed
- like having no screen and no notifications pulling at you
Pick another band if you…
- want to see the time, calls or messages on your wrist
- prefer a one-time purchase: WHOOP needs a membership renewal after the first year
- need ECG or blood-pressure readings: those belong to the Life tier, not Peak
- already own WHOOP 4.0 accessories: its bands and battery pack don’t fit 5.0
Buying WHOOP in India, safely
WHOOP is mostly sold in India through resellers, and not all of them are careful. Whoever you buy from, check these four things.
- The box is sealed and the device isn’t already registered to someone else’s account.
- The membership tier is stated clearly (One, Peak or Life) and it’s the full 12 months.
- You get a GST invoice with the seller’s name and address.
- Someone answers when you need help. Our support: hi@fitband.store, with a reply within 1 business day.
Questions
Does it work without a membership?
No. WHOOP needs an active membership to show your data. This purchase includes 12 months of Peak; after that you renew with WHOOP.
How long does the battery last?
14+ days per charge. The PowerPack slides on and charges it while you keep wearing it.
How fast is delivery?
3–5 business days across India, with a tracking link by email. Details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. WHOOP lets you move up a tier at any time and pay the prorated difference.
Will my WHOOP 4.0 bands fit?
No. WHOOP 5.0 uses new bands and a new battery pack; 4.0 accessories aren’t compatible.
What about warranty and returns?
It comes with the brand’s manufacturer warranty; we’ll help with any claim (Warranty). Damaged or wrong items: tell us within 48 hours. Unopened, sealed boxes can be returned within 7 days (Returns & Refunds).
